Job summary

Grocery Outlet in Middletown Township, PA seeks a Quality Assurance Clerk to audit inventory for store orders and support the Inventory Control team in correcting discrepancies.

You will document audit results, perform root-cause analysis, and help ensure 100% pallet accuracy. The role includes data entry, routine clerical duties, and occasional training of staff, with forklift operation as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, quality assurance, or related work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Break down, audit, and reassemble freight on outbound pallets prior to load dispatch.
• Record and report errors as they are discovered during the audit process.
• Correct any errors found to ensure 100% accuracy on pallets audited.
• Perform root cause analysis on inaccuracies to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to address audit results.
• Count inventory and reconcile stock with computer reports.
• Assist with moving outbound pallets and other inventories to complete audits.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry and issue resolution.
• May lead and train others performing related work.
• Operate forklifts (order pickers, sit-down, standup, pallet jack).
• Maintain clean, orderly workstations.
