Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator for our Allentown, PA warehouse to support customers and internal staff. The role requires accurate billing, daily audit reporting, and thorough documentation of customer interactions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, drivers, and AR, and leveraging SAP and MS Office to maintain precise inventory and reporting. Flexible scheduling and team collaboration are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast paced work environment; strong attention to detail
• Experience doing Cycle Counts, counting & verifying the inventory is accurate
• Experience using Warehouse Management System, SAP preferred
• Forklift experience
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); basic typing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and/or as part of a team
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays

Responsibilities

• Coordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D shipments
• Ensuring the accurate billing of shipments
• Compiling and delivering custom reports; performing daily audits of reports
• Documenting all customer interactions for follow up and record keeping purposes
