Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Puller for our distribution center in Michigan. You will operate equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight and move orders to the induction lanes for store distribution.

You will also locate inbound locations for put-away, ensure freight is stacked securely, and work with a team that values People First, integrity, and teamwork while meeting daily safety and quality goals.

Qualifications

• One year warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight.
• Move orders to induction lanes for store distribution.
• Locate inbound locations for put-away and ensure freight is stacked securely.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer support while assisting with inquiries and issues promptly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Meet quality and production KPI goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
