Job summary

Rural King in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our distribution center. You will scan cases, stack pallets, and help ensure timely shipments.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and customer service, with opportunities for training and growth within the company.

Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 65 pounds and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• (Ability to learn Latitude systems quickly.)
• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases off the conveyor and associate them with designated load labels.
• Ensure all pallets are stacked securely and cubed to max capacity to maximize shipping efficiency.
• Responsible for closing load, securing load with wrap, and pulling from the line when the pallet is complete.
• Ensure all quality and production goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
