Rural King is seeking a Puller for our distribution center to retrieve and consolidate freight using cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts. You will move orders to the correct induction lanes and locate storage locations for inbound freight, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight in the distribution center.
• Pull warehouse orders and move them to induction lanes for shipping to stores.
• Locate warehouse locations to store inbound freight for later retrieval.
• Ensure freight is stacked securely and documentation is accurate in the warehouse management system.
• Support safety and cleanliness in the work area and strive to meet KPI goals.
