Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is hiring a dependable Puller for our distribution center. You will operate equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to retrieve and consolidate freight and move it to the proper induction lanes for store distribution.

You will also locate warehouse locations to store inbound freight and support safety while contributing to meeting KPIs and delivering friendly service to stores and internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scan gun to scan cases, master loads, and locations.
• Ensure freight goes to the proper location.
• Maintain documentation in the warehouse management system.
• Follow inbound and outbound freight relocation processes.
• Stack freight securely before moving pallets.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI goals.
• Follow safety regulations and keep a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
