Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Project Center Specialist to join the Operations team at our Atlanta site. You will maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers in our record center.

Responsibilities include scanning and fulfilling orders with Safekeeper, handling logistics for loading/unloading trailers, and upholding strict security and accuracy standards. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse or records center environment.
• Prep and packing of files for shipping to the IM Warehouse.
• Willingness to travel to customer site.
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills for inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using Safekeeper to scan cartons and locations, handling ~200 boxes daily.
• Perform physical logistics like loading/unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembly with proper tools.
• Maintain clean, secure work area and protect customer information per security protocols.
