VIP, Inc. is seeking a reliable Production Worker for the Medline warehouse in Temecula. You will perform hands-on production tasks, ensuring quality standards and efficient operations while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Two shifts are available, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and valid vehicle registration.
• Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
• Two shifts available: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during shift.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or janitorial work is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare reusable totes for production.
• Inspect totes for cleanliness, damage, or quality issues.
• Sort and organize materials per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Production Worker to join our team at the Medline warehouse in Temecula. In this role, you’ll be focused on hands‑on production work, helping keep operations running smoothly and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and preparing reusable totes for production




• Inspecting totes for cleanliness, damage, or other quality issues




• Sorting and organizing materials according to established procedures




• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area




• Meeting daily production and quality expectations




• Performing repetitive physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail




• Following all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines




• Working as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently

Available Schedules

Monday – Friday | Two Shifts Available

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.




• 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
