Radians seeks a Warehouse Production Supervisor in Houston to schedule the team and manage orders, transfers, and replenishments to meet ship dates. You will lead and train staff, ensure efficient bulk warehouse operations, and oversee stock placement and consolidation for timely distribution.
The role requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing setting, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and strong data-entry and organizational skills.
The Warehouse Production Supervisor is responsible for scheduling the team; managing orders and transfers due daily to meet the required order ship date; meeting all replenishment demands; and ensuring the warehouse orders are picked and delivered. They will assist in all aspects of the bulk warehouse processes, including managing the placement/consolidation of warehouse stock, completing all case picks in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. The Supervisor will also provide hands-on leadership and training to the warehouse and manufacturing team to assist in strategic growth and development of individual, team, and company-wide goals. They will lead and participate in orientations, training, and ongoing development of team personnel.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reading and/or training materials as well as federal/state regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedures as needed. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and/or the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be detail oriented and incredibly good at problem solving.
