Job summary

You will partner with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to optimize workflows and drive cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and training for warehouse and supervisory personnel.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to support warehouse activities and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor and improve warehouse conditions, equipment maintenance, vehicle fleet operations, and facility layout efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standard and emergency operating procedures related to storage, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Resolve customer and shipper inquiries while tracking deliveries and expediting orders when necessary.
• Analyze distribution networks and operational workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service levels.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and collaborate with senior leadership on operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead workplace safety efforts and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support operational excellence through process improvement, inventory management, and team development initiatives.
