Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Etna, OH. The role involves interpreting work orders, selecting components, and fabricating/assembling fiberglass, aluminum, and wood doors. Expect physical work, quality inspections, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for overtime as needed.

The shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3pm, with starting pay at $21.50 per hour. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, health coverage, tuition or training

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine door specifications and required modifications.
• Pull door slabs and components for assembly.
• Fabricate doors using hand and power tools.
• Move doors between stations and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
• Inspect finished work for defects and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with light maintenance.
