Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehousing or production experience.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Certification to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, reach lifts, side swing lifts).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse team members in completing daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Train new employees on SOPs, operational expectations, and safety protocols.
• Audit team performance and communicate deficiencies or process issues to supervisor.
• Identify and address safety hazards and operational challenges proactively.
• Oversee material movement, organization, and storage while maintaining clean, safe areas.
• Verify incoming freight by comparing packing slips to received materials for accuracy.
• Support daily warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
