Farwest Steel Corporation is seeking a Production Assistant for its on-site team in the US. This entry-level role processes orders cut on burning machines and assists in warehouse operations while upholding safety policies and procedures.

You will also learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes, ensuring a clean, safe work area throughout your shift. The position offers a day or swing shift with wage range $18.50–$21.50 per hour, DOE, and full-time onsite employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, on time, ready to work daily.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Warehouse training or 12 months experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts for orders and process parts per work instructions.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and related shifts.
• Stack parts on pallets and label for delivery or storage.
• Load and unload vehicles, including inbound deliveries and will-calls.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area during shift.
