Warehouse Production AssociateWhat You'll Do:Order Picking: Review order sheets or use handheld RF scanners to locate and pull the correct products from warehouse shelves.Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.Packing: Select appropriate boxes and use protective materials (like bubble wrap or packing peanuts) to ensure safe transit.Labeling & Shipping: Weigh packages, print accurate shipping labels, seal containers, and prepare them for carrier pickup.Inventory Management: Report low stock or discrepancies, and assist with stocking shelves.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for 8-12 hour shifts and repetitively lift weights usually ranging from 30 to 50 pounds.Accuracy & Organization: Strong attention to detail to ensure the correct products are sent to the correct customers.Technology: Comfort with using basic inventory and shipping software or barcode scanners.What We're Looking ForA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Comfortable using basic technology such as scanners, tablets, or inventory systems (training provided).Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
