Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Wrap and secure pallets and materials for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, Walkie Riders, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required and properly trained.
• Organize inventory and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and preparing materials for shipment. This is a fast-paced, physically active position in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.Package required orders and inspect products for defects or damage.Wrap and secure pallets and materials for shipment.Operate pallet jacks, Walkie Riders, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required and properly trained.Organize inventory and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines.Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as needed.Assist with training new warehouse employees as assigned.Adapt to changing tasks and priorities based on daily operational needs.Perform other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb, and maneuver throughout the warehouse.Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment.Ability to work in varying temperatures due to the non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.Work EnvironmentThis position is performed primarily in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
