Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a warehouse process analyst in Austin to analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement across operations. The role focuses on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with IT, inventory, and transportation teams.

You will develop current and future state process maps, define SOPs, and track KPIs such as throughput, accuracy, and labor utilization while supporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting operational data to identify trends.
• Ability to develop SOPs and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse and distribution workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps using standard tools.
• Collect, interpret, and report performance metrics such as throughput and cycle time.
• Support SOP development, documentation, and rollout.
