Job summary

SGS Consulting in Sacramento, CA, seeks a results-oriented Supply Chain Process Analyst to drive efficiency and cost improvements across manufacturing and logistics operations. You will develop and deploy new processes, map SOPs, and create dashboards for real-time visibility.

This role requires 4+ years in supply chain and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and data analysis to enable informed decision-making. On-site position supporting IT/logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong data analytics and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with operations and vendors to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience in ITAD or reverse logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to identify constraints and drive root-cause analysis.
• Assist engineers in deploying new processes to boost efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Update SOPs following change management processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for routine activities and escalations.
• Develop real-time dashboards with data intelligence teams and improve visibility.
• Analyze dashboard data and invoices to generate improvement ideas.
• Oversee projects from planning to execution, manage risks, and deliver on time.
• Organize regular sync meetings and training to communicate process updates.
