Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage the warehouse management system for performance and scalability.
• Configure WMS settings to support new processes and automation projects.
• Design and update SOPs for consistency and compliance across distribution centers.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to improve safety, quality, service, cost and people metrics.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives aligned with Medline's goals across the network.
