Ryder System, Inc. in Aberdeen, MD is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate. You will pick, pack, and assemble orders, load/unload trailers, and operate powered industrial trucks with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial truck(s), including maintenance basics.
• May be required to operate manual/automated equipment.
• Powered industrial truck certification.

Responsabilités

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures; ensure facility is secure at end of shift.
• Perform picking and packing duties; inspect for damage.
• Move materials with associated transactions; support team improvements.
• Perform housekeeping for assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
