Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD to join a team dedicated to safe, efficient supply chain operations. You will handle orders, operate RF scanners, and support loading/unloading while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Powered industrial truck certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain shift security.
• Perform picking, packing and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain professional relationships across the organization.
