Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is hiring a permanent full-time Warehouse Associate. The role pays $19.50/hour with a $1.00 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits. Training is provided and growth within a safety-focused environment is encouraged.

Responsibilities include packing, loading/unloading trailers, operating PIT equipment, and maintaining accurate data in the WMS. Teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial truck(s) such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is correct.
• Perform picking and packing duties and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with team to improve warehouse operations.
