Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, MD is seeking Warehouse Associates to join a team focused on safety and efficiency. The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include packing, loading/unloading, and accurate scanning with RF devices. Training is provided; overtime may be required. The position supports high-velocity distribution across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at end of shift.
• Perform picking and packing duties and inspect for damage.
• Complete material moves and related warehouse transactions.
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in process improvements.
