SRS Building Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in Burlington, WA. You will log and store items, verify deliveries, and support efficient loading for outbound shipments.

The role emphasizes safe operation of forklifts, adherence to inventory controls, and teamwork within a fast-paced distribution environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in distribution environments.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Able to conduct safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Distribute materials to storage areas and rotate stock; report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely following guidelines.
