Job summary

SRS Building Products in Perrysburg, OH seeks a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will unload inbound shipments, verify items, and ensure accurate logging, while coordinating the loading of outgoing orders and maintaining safety and organization throughout the facility.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs, familiarity with inventory systems, and a team-oriented, safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.Log and store materials per company standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and support yard/office upkeep.
• Manage inventory by organizing storage areas, rotating stock, and flagging discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to reinforce a cooperative work environment.
