Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training experience.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments; log and store materials per standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure correct product handling and documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean warehouse; support yard and office tasks and safety.
• Manage inventory by distributing materials to storage areas, rotating stock, reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cooperative, productive work environment; support 'team-first' culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently; follow all guidelines.
