Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Picker in Anderson, IN. The role involves picking products, operating an electric pallet jack and RF scanners, building pallets, and loading/unloading trucks on a night schedule. This contract-to-hire position requires the ability to work in a cold warehouse and maintain safety and accuracy throughout shifts.

Pay is up to $20/hr with weekly pay and benefits. Onsite, fully in Anderson, IN 46011, with a 2-2-3 schedule and training period.

Warehouse Picker- Pay up to $20/hr- IN

Location: Anderson, IN

Pay: $20/hr

Shift

• Night Shift Training: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday (1-2 weeks)

• Regular Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on order requirements.

• Operate an electric pallet jack to transport products.

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm orders.

• Build and wrap pallets for shipment.

• Stage outbound orders for loading.

• Load and unload trucks and trailers.

• Use a sit-down forklift to move pallets and materials.

• Assist with receiving and inventory activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anderson, IN 46011.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
