Job summary

Fuller Technologies, located in Northampton, PA, is seeking a Picker/Packer to support our warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. You will use scanning systems and basic computer applications to help manage inventory and orders, while following safety procedures and quality standards.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read and interpret part numbers and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Identify parts and materials accurately and follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including scanning systems and Microsoft Office.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and working drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, quality inspection, and packing.
• Identify and verify materials and parts by part number and physical appearance.
• Pick, organize, and pack materials accurately according to order and shipping requirements.
• Operate packaging equipment and hand and power tools, including nail guns, impact wrenches, drills, saws, and tape measures.
• Use scanning systems and basic computer applications to support inventory and order processing.
• Operate lift trucks, overhead cranes, and hoists as required, following appropriate training and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational and shipping goals.
