Job summary

CDW is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Pick-Pack) to join our Operations Team. You will pick, pack, process orders, and load outbound trailers while ensuring accuracy and quality. You will operate RF scanners or voice-picking and maintain a clean, organized packing area in a fast-paced environment. High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry for 8+ hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Accurate counting ability.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Good verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with changing warehouse temperatures and noisy environments a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and process pick/pack items and ready-ship orders.
• Support speed picks and item processing using RF scanner or voice-picking where applicable.
• Maintain conveyors and sensors clear to ensure smooth flow.
• Package boxes securely using bubble wrap and packing materials.
• Verify shipping labels and load trailers manually.
• Identify problematic boxes and communicate with management.
• Maintain supplies for the packing area (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.).
• Utilize transport totes and pallet jacks to move products.
• Rotate through shipping functions and possible cross-department tasks for training.
