Job summary

Fuller Technologies is hiring a Picker/Packer at our Northampton, PA facility. You will support daily warehouse operations, accurately picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring proper identification and handling to meet quality and delivery standards.

The department focuses on efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries, working closely with other teams to maintain a smooth logistics workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to identify parts and materials accurately and follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scanning systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and working drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, quality inspection, and packing.
• Identify and verify materials and parts by part number and physical appearance.
• Pick, organize, and pack materials accurately according to order and shipping requirements.
• Operate packaging equipment and hand and power tools, including nail guns, impact wrenches, drills, saws, and tape measures.
• Use scanning systems and basic computer applications to support inventory and order processing.
• Operate lift trucks, overhead cranes, and hoists as required, following appropriate training and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational and shipping goals.
