Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer for a premier manufacturing client in Breinigsville, PA. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation to support efficient order fulfillment.

You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems, contribute to inventory control, and work a 1st shift from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The position offers growth opportunities within a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Picking products accurately based on customer orders, work instructions, or pick lists

• Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to quality and packaging standards

• Verifying product information, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy

• Labeling packages and completing shipping documentation as required

• Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and order movement

• Performing quality checks on products and packaging before shipment

• Assisting with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counting activities

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Following company safety procedures, quality standards, and GMP guidelines

• Collaborating with warehouse and production staff to maximize workflow efficiency
