Staffmark is here to do more than place you in a job-we help you build your future. We're now hiring Warehouse Picker | Packer team members in West Chester, OH for a leading distribution center.

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | (Some Saturdays and OT: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) | Pay: $16.00/hr


• 2nd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM | OT may extend to 3:00 AM) | Pay: $16.50/hr

Job Duties:

• Pick items using carts and tablets to ensure order and inventory accuracy


• Meet KPIs for picking and packing


• Inspect, pack, and seal boxes using a tape gun


• Report damaged or missing items


• Maintain 6S standards and follow all safety protocols (gloves required)

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and meet performance goals


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
