Job summary

Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a high-energy Parts Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. Duties include assisting warehouse personnel and delivery drivers, stocking and delivering diesel truck parts, and maintaining an organized inventory to ensure timely delivery to customers.

The role offers a reliable full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM) with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Teamwork, communication, and awareness.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude or automotive/truck experience preferred.
• Parts department experience is a plus.
• Trade-school education in Parts Operations or Transportation Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer parts inquiries and document availability/price.
• Receive, stock, and deliver parts; match numbers to orders.
• Handle receipt of customer cores.
• Maintain forklift or delivery vehicle per policies when needed.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to shipping area.
• Inspect merchandise for accuracy and condition.
• Perform warehouse duties as directed by Stock Control Supervisor.

Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, & personable Parts Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL ; a great attitude and a desire to further their career within the company. Responsibilities include assisting warehouse personnel and Delivery Drivers with the timely & accurate delivery of parts to wholesale and retail customers, by accurately keeping inventory, picking & packing products in order of ticket, while maintaining organization. Additional responsibilities include stocking, filling & sometimes delivering diesel truck parts. Cumberland houses an impressive parts inventory of all makes and models, medium to heavy duty, class 7-8 parts to quickly and efficiently supply customers in surrounding areas. *Warehouse &/or dealership experience desired.

• General Hours: Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Quickly respondto customer parts or inforequests, determineavailability/price info& documentcarefully
• Accurate receipt, stocking & delivery of parts in a timely manner, matching numbers to pull parts orders
• Accountability for the receipt of customer cores
• Maintain& operatedelivery vehicle as per company policies, when parts deliveries are needed
• Excellent customer service skills internally & externally
• Maintain & operate forklift &/or delivery vehicle as per company policies,when needed
• Possess excellent customer service skills internally & externally
• Pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to the correct location for shipping
• Inspect merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the order
