Cumberland International Trucks of FL, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Parts Warehouse Lead for a day shift (Monday through Friday). You will supervise warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, pulling and delivering parts, and coordinating drivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, storing and processing of returnable core items to the return center.
• Supervise employees pulling and filling outgoing orders.
• Oversee the manifesting, departure and completion of parts order deliveries.
• Monitor parts delivery drivers’ delivery schedules.
• Compile records of filled and unfilled orders.
• Oversee receiving, stocking and order pulling for customer pickup/delivery.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of ordered parts.

We are seeking an experienced Parts Warehouse Lead to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a DAY SHIFT POSITION (Monday thru Friday).

Candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of Cumberland's warehouse operations. Excellent organization and communication skills with the warehouse employees and customers required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises the receiving, storing and processing of the returnable items (cores) to the return center
• Supervises employees engaged in pulling and filling outgoing orders
• Supervises the manifesting, departure and completion of parts order deliveries
• Monitors parts delivery drivers’ delivery schedules
• Compiles records of filled and unfilled orders
• Oversees warehouse workers’ duties and responsibilities, including receiving of parts, stocking of parts, and order pulling of parts for customer pickup/delivery
• Ensures efficient and timely delivery of ordered parts to the customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 yrs experience in similar role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage others in a positive way observing the Company's Core Values
• Organized, friendly and courteous
• Dealership experience preferred
