Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma/GED are preferred, and you must pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or prior warehouse experience.
• Must consent to a drug screen and a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse systems and scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items per procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe areas.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
