Job summary

CO1010 CDW Logistics, LLC is looking for a Warehouse Associate (Pick-Pack) in Vernon Hills, IL. You will join the Operations Team responsible for picking, packing, and processing orders and shipments with RF scanning tools or voice-picking when applicable.

You will help load outbound trailers, maintain packaging integrity, inspect shipments for damage, and ensure smooth conveyor flow. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are a plus, and you must be able to stand long hours and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Accurate counting ability.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle warehouse temperature changes and loud environments.
• Forklift certification and prior warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick/pack and process select orders using RF scanner or voice-picking.
• Maintain conveyors and sensors clear to ensure smooth flow.
• Pack boxes securely with bubble wrap and other materials.
• Load outbound trailers and verify shipping labels.
• Inspect boxes/products for damage and correct packing.
• Rotate through shipping functions and other warehouse tasks as needed.
