Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Order Selector/Picker for our Houston warehouse to support our food brands and distribution network. The role focuses on accurate picking, labeling, stacking, and loading while adhering to safety and SOPs.

You will use RF scanning and voice-picking equipment, follow standard procedures, and contribute to 5S initiatives. High school diploma or GED required; on-site shifts with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience following standard operating procedures.
• Ability to meet productivity goals while handling warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials from picking area to designated locations.
• Sorts and places materials on pallets according to size, type, or product code.
• Loads and unloads bread trays from trucks.
• Follows procedures and achieves productivity targets.
• Labels materials with identifying information.
• Operates riding pallet jack if certified.
• Uses RF scanning and voice picking tools for accurate order picking.
• Maintains workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Keeps work areas clean and free of obstruction.
• Reports injuries or equipment issues promptly.
• Supports 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
