Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Distribution Order Picker in Missouri to accurately pick, label, and move products within our warehouse. You will use RF scanners and voice-picking tech to ensure orders are prepared correctly and safely.

You will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Shipping, and QA teams to support timely deliveries and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Prior warehouse experience and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, meets productivity and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment as certified.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, stack, label, and distribute products in the warehouse.
• Transport materials to designated locations using RF and pallet jacks.
• Sort materials on pallets by size, type, or code.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines while maintaining productivity.
