Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Houston, TX is seeking an Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. You will pick, stack, label and distribute products, using RF scanning and voice picking equipment to meet daily productivity goals while adhering to safety guidelines.

We offer a base pay of 19.55 per hour, a schedule including overnight shifts, and opportunities for growth in a storied food company. A High School diploma or GED is required, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials from picking area to designated areas.
• Sorts and places materials on pallets and/or dollies by product code.
• Loads/unloads bread trays from trucks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals.
• Marks/labels materials with identifying information.
• May be certified to drive riding pallet jack.
• Utilize RF scanning and voice picking equipment for directed order picking.
• Adhere to safety, food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Keeps work area clean and free of obstructions.
• Follows 5S and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• May perform other duties as required.
