Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to read pick lists and product labels.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand, walk, bend, and reach.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment is an asset; willingness to learn and be certified is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick products from designated warehouse locations according to pick lists or voice commands.
• Verify product accuracy (item, quantity, and lot number) to prevent errors.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently after proper training and certification.
• Stage completed orders in designated areas for packing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including aisles and picking areas.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
