A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Picker to accurately select products, stage pallets, and ensure order accuracy in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will verify codes, operate equipment, and maintain safe handling of products for timely delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adapting to varying warehouse temperatures, and obtaining PIT certification where needed. A strong team orientation and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse or order-picking preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to obtain PIT certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer orders or RF scans.
• Build and stage pallets safely and neatly for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes and quantities before staging items.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks) safely.
• Follow procedures for handling damaged products and repackaging.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and perform quarterly maintenance checks.
