Job summary

Iberia Foods LLC is seeking an Associate, Warehouse (Amazon Picker) to accurately and efficiently pick and prepare customer orders for shipment, primarily for Amazon. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Key duties include using handheld scanners and WMS, ensuring item accuracy, packing to standard, operating pallet jacks, performing quality checks, maintaining safety and organization, supporting inventory counts,

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment.
• Experience picking e-commerce orders (Amazon preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld scanners and WMS to locate and pick items per order.
• Ensure accuracy of picked items and quantities.
• Pack orders securely per company and Amazon packaging standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and related equipment safely (certification may be required).
• Perform quality checks on picked and packed orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report discrepancies to warehouse management.
