Job summary

Rogue Fitness is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Picker in Columbus, OH to pick, pack, and ship products, with potential to assist in manufacturing. Shift 1: 7:30am–3:30pm, weekends required, starting pay $21.52/hr with increases to $22–$26.65/hr after 1 year. Eligible for a $1000 hiring bonus if you start by Oct 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders
• Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality
• Lift and carry up to 80lbs
• Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
• Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility
• Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area

Rogue is hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Pickers in Columbus, OH. Warehouse Team Members pick, pack, crate, and ship products to customers. Team members may be asked to assist in manufacturing.
