Job summary

Rogue Fitness is hiring for manufacturing roles in Columbus, OH. Starting pay ranges from $21 to $23.10 per hour, with a raise to $22–$28.60 after one year and a 2nd shift differential. The positions train employees to advance into machine operating and forklift roles, with benefits such as healthcare and 401(k).

Shifts run 1st and 2nd with overtime and weekend opportunities. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check; a signing bonus of $1000 is offered if hired by Oct 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English for written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to accurately read measuring devices including tape measures, weight scales and calipers.
• Flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• Ability to work near high temperature equipment and materials.
• Must be able to stand for 7+ hours.
• Strong attention to detail and alert to quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including product renderings.
• Count and package parts for hardware kits (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.).
• Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products to exact specifications.
• Set up, run, and monitor production equipment, ensuring safety, output, and quality standards.
• May be assigned to other departments to assist based on business needs.
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks.
• Read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Work overtime before or after shift, and on Saturdays as needed.
