Job summary

Rogue Fitness is seeking 1st Shift Assembly Team Members in Columbus, OH to assemble and package products using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. The role runs a 7am–3pm shift and demands attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English for written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to accurately read measuring devices (tape measures, scales, calipers).
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet.
• Must be able to stand 7+ hours daily.
• Attention to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including product renderings.
• Count and package parts for hardware kits (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.).
• Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble products to exact specifications.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and perform functionality checks.
• Read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Work overtime before/after shift, including Saturdays as needed.
• Support other areas of the business as needed.

Earn a $1000 bonus! This role qualifies for a $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are hired and start working by October 31, 2026. Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

Overview Rogue is hiring 1st Shift Assembly Team Members in Columbus, OH. Assembly Team Members assemble and package Rogue's manufactured products using various hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

Starting pay $21 Pay increases to $22 after 1 year

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal work instructions, including product renderings
• Count and package parts for hardware kits (nuts, bolts, washers, etc.)
• Operate power tools and hand tools (wrenches, mallets, impact drivers, etc) to assemble products to exact specification
• Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects and perform functionality checks
• Accurately read weight scales and other measuring devices to ensure product quality
• Lift and carry parts weighing up to 80lbs
• Maintain good housekeeping in your work area
• Work overtime before and after shift, and on Saturdays as needed
• Team Members may be assigned outside of Assembly to assist other areas of the business as needed

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication
• Must be able to accurately read measuring devices, including tape measures, weight scales and calipers
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
• Ability to work near high temperature equipment and materials
• Must be able to remain standing for 7+ hours a day
• Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
