Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Warehouse Pharmacy Technician to support cleanroom operations, compounding sterile preparations and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries. You will inspect materials, pack orders, and monitor inventory while adhering to regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork with pharmacists, leadership in stock management, and safe handling of medications. A high school diploma and active CPhT certification where required by state are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current national certification CPhT if state requires.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and audits compounding material prior to entry into the cleanroom.
• Compounds sterile preparations as needed.
• Checks final product for particulates and container integrity before pharmacist review.
• Picks, packs, and stocks supplies and medications.
• Receives and stocks incoming orders.
• Assembles and packages material for delivery.
• Maintains inventory through regular counts and shortage notifications.
• Maintains warehouse safety and pump management as applicable.
• Coordinates with courier services to optimize delivery times.
