Pay Rate: PBNA $21.10 / hour

This labor-intensive position involves hand building pallets for bulk and route trucks, requiring strict attention to order accuracy and proper loading techniques. Employees will work from electronic order systems or sheets, using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks, and must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work conditions may vary with weather, and shift hours depend on workload.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, unloading raw materials, stacking and shrink-wrapping pallets, and ensuring proper documentation and safety standards are followed. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick systems.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets and stage for loading.
• Complete paperwork and verify loads before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Ensure consistent attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

Helpful Experience:

• Warehouse environment experience (order picking, stacking, powered equipment).
• Forklift operation skills.
• Experience with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Teamwork and cooperative problem-solving skills.
