Job Overview

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, your responsibilities include:

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging with customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

The Customer Service Associate/Loader assists customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishing shelves for the next customers. Safety is critical, as this role involves lifting and moving merchandise frequently throughout the shift.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel for meetings, training, or supporting neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Part-time or full-time schedule, generally 25 to 40 hours per week, with more hours possible based on store needs.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, and evenings on any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with the ability to lift more with assistance).

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• At least 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain any required sales-related licensure or registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience.
• Experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
• Experience working in any department at Lowe's.
• Retail merchandising experience, including stocking, facing, pricing, signage, and housekeeping.
• Experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in or out of vehicles.
