Process UPS, Fed-Ex, and hot shot shipments, including COD and credit card orders. Unload trucks, verify piece count and condition, and check in shipments. Stage parts for shipment or customer pickup as indicated on purchase orders. Stock parts in designated areas as specified.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Fill parts orders for branches, customers, and service departments.
- Box, pack, or crate parts as necessary for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
- Stage outgoing shipments, notify carriers, and load trucks.
- Handle annual parts return orders.
- Process a high volume of express packages daily, including COD and credit card orders, using computerized UPS and Fed-Ex systems.
- Unload trucks, check freight condition, and verify piece count per freight bill.
- Unpack and check in shipments per packing list and dispense as per purchase order.
- Stock parts in designated areas, maintain correct stocking sequences, and optimize storage space.
- Locate parts efficiently to ensure handling and filling accuracy.
- Resolve minor issues with part numbers and quantities received or shipped.
- Record daily work volume and time spent.
- Maintain a clean work area daily.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
- Train new personnel in duties and procedures.
- Maintain department files and logs.
- Assist at will call counter if required.
- Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of previous experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Order selecting experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's):
- Knowledge of the position and its relation to overall business objectives.
- Ability to meet goals and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (if required).
- Proficiency in Windows environment and computer literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and twist regularly.
- Flexible working hours and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and effectively.
- Accurate in following instructions, counting, and writing legibly.
- Experience with scanners (minimum 1 year).
- Commitment to safety standards and company policies.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with weekend hours as needed.
- Occasional adjustments to start and end times based on workload.
- Limited outside work.
