Primary Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and inspection of construction and mining equipment, engines, or other assets as assigned, following manufacturer’s recommended schedules.
• Dispose of waste oils, fluids, and filters in accordance with State and Company regulations.
• Assist senior PM Technicians and observe closely to gain knowledge.
• Ensure all jobs are completed proficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean work site after each job.
• Participate in service schools and training programs offered by the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in Preventative Maintenance or a similar role.
• Mechanical aptitude.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)

• Understanding of the role and its relation to overall business objectives.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass and maintain drug and alcohol testing as per DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, and bend and twist several times a day.
• Ability to operate and test equipment safely.

Working Conditions

• Typical hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Weekend hours as necessary.
• Work may occur in inclement weather and hazardous environments.
• Temporary adjustments to hours may be required.
