Job summary

PepsiCo in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a warehouse labor associate to hand build pallets, load and unload trucks, and ensure order accuracy using a forklift or pallet jack. The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and moving for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following load instructions, wrapping pallets, staging loads for trucks, and completing paperwork before loading.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience with racking systems and pallet loading.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
